1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using UNIQUELYONLYU's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Custom Order Process
All custom orders follow our standard process:
- A $50 refundable deposit is required to begin any custom order
- The deposit is credited toward your final purchase price if you proceed
- If you decide not to purchase, your deposit is fully refunded
- Design concepts are provided within 3-5 business days
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included
- Final payment is due upon design approval, before production begins
- Production timelines vary by complexity (2-8 weeks)
3. Deposits and Payments
Deposit Policy: The $50 deposit secures your design consultation and reserves your production slot. This deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with your order. If you approve your design and proceed to production, the $50 is credited toward your final cost.
Final Payment: The remaining balance (estimated cost minus your $50 deposit) is due after you approve the final design. We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.
Refunds: Your $50 deposit is refundable if you choose not to proceed with production. Once production begins, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Full order refunds may be issued at our discretion if we are unable to fulfill your order requirements.
4. Design Rights and Ownership
You retain ownership of any inspiration images or original concepts you provide. UNIQUELYONLYU retains rights to design methodologies and techniques used in creating your custom piece.
We may photograph completed pieces for our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
5. Production and Delivery
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, materials availability, and current order volume. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Alterations and Fit
We create custom pieces based on measurements you provide. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Minor alterations may be available for an additional fee. Significant remakes due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer will incur additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
UNIQUELYONLYU's liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
