When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining funds are due after your final approval of the design. We'll send you detailed mockups, fabric samples (when applicable), and measurements for your review. Once you approve everything and confirm you're ready to proceed with production, we'll invoice you for the remaining balance.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun. However, if we're unable to meet your design requirements or there's an issue on our end, we'll work with you to find a solution or provide a full refund.
How long does a custom order take?
Timeline varies by complexity. Design Review takes 3-5 business days. Simple custom pieces (tops, shorts, skirts) typically take 2-3 weeks after approval. Premium custom pieces may take 4-6 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
What if I don't like the design concepts?
We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions included with your deposit. Our AI-powered design tool generates multiple concepts based on your input, and our designers work with you to refine the perfect design. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What sizes do you offer?
We create truly custom pieces, so we work with your exact measurements. Whether you're XXS or 5XL+, we'll create a garment that fits you perfectly. Custom measurements are included at no extra charge.
Can I provide my own fabric?
Absolutely! If you have a special fabric you'd like us to use, we can work with customer-provided materials. Just let us know in your order details, and we'll provide instructions for shipping your fabric to us.
